I would like to get a large (maybe 3-foot diameter) concrete ring to half-bury in my yard (I live in the woods) to use an an outdoor fire pit. Where would I find such a ring? I’ve seen this done before… do you think it’s a concrete culvert cut into a small section? Where would I get that, and how would I get one cut into the right size? How much would this cost? Would 2.5 feet of culvert be something I could load into my minivan to get home, or would that be too heavy? Any ideas on how to get it home?

I’d love to surprise my husband with an AWESOME firepit for Father’s Day!!

wal-marts, loews, builders-square, etc…any one of these have the radius bricks that you can make a circle with….they come in different radius’…..good luck.

there are concrete pipe manufacturers that make pipe in all sizes and manhole sections that would do what you want look under “pipe ,concrete” suppliers or concrete precast products in your yellow pages also you could check with some pipeline contractors in your area they may have a
leftover piece from a previous job don’t know what area you are in so can’t name any specific companies
