Ah… we have to have a lid on ours, and it has to be on concrete, not grass. and they have to be watched over, you can’t let it die out and go inside. That kind of thing. I suppose if someone wasn’t safe with theirs, they would get stricter.
whare my park is you cant have this kind of fire pit it has to be totaly inclosed so you put the wood in and close the screened door and watch it from the out side
